Corrugated Boxes

The term “corrugated” is composed of three different sheets of containerboard, which are thicker than paperboard. There are two sheets on the outside which are flat liners and the sheet in the middle has a rippled shape. This structure is what makes the strong. Many people confuse corrugated with cardboard, which is a single layer of paperboard, with a variety of thicknesses.

At Royal Containers, we handle the entire process from our production facility, right from the paper roll to your door. Our sustainable corrugated solutions include fully customizable sizing for light to heavy-duty use (single, double, and triple wall). Our most popular choices:

Our plain brown corrugated sheets are made from 100% recycled materials and are ideal to divide and protect stacked merchandise. You can also use them as shock absorbers during transportation via forklift, trolley, or truck. Corrugated pads can also be used to separate layers on a skid, or as inserts to separate, cushion, or fill irregular spaces within a container.
