I like the constant availability of work and never have to worry about layoffs. I also appreciate how safe the work environment is and the friendly nature of both my co-workers and other Royal staff.

Royal has an incredible work environment. People are so kind and loving here. It’s the truth! All my co-workers are friendly and nice, they make me feel really comfortable coming to work every day.

The people are what I love most about working at Royal. Beyond that, I love working on my machine. Royal provides many different training opportunities on the new technology and has helped me master the C64.

For me, I love working at Royal because of the respect and support from my co-workers and the genuine love and kindness of the Management team, especially our CEO. Royal is a great place to work because there is a level of trust and flexibility to get your work done independently. All of these reasons and more have kept me here for 11yrs , 7months and counting!

I like the people, the management, and the work. Sometimes working at a corrugated plant can be challenging but I really appreciate how management leads by example. Never have I been asked to do something that I haven’t see my supervisor do. Overall, I feel like I’m treated like family.
