Jill Farrington | Sales Manager

With a 14-year background in industrial packaging sales, Jill Farrington joined the Royal team in 2017 as an Account Representative selling packaging solutions to a diverse clientele. Jill added to her responsibilities in 2018 by becoming a Sales Manager and in 2020 further included Design and Estimating in her team. She is instrumental in building a cohesive team across multiple locations. Implementing proven strategies to foster growth, and track progress, and accomplishments, she provides a platform for team members to excel.

Outside of work, Jill is a lifelong volunteer in her community. Her most recent accomplishment is organizing a local chapter of 100 Women Who Care.
