Sándor Wolkensperg | Vice President, Operations

Sándor is a dedicated leader with a passion for continuous improvement, shaped by over 30 years of experience in manufacturing operations. Throughout his career, he has led successful business transformations across the packaging, food, durable goods, and healthcare industries, always supported by outstanding teams.

A lifelong learner, Sándor holds undergraduate and master’s degrees, along with Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing certifications. He also shares his expertise as a part-time faculty member at Conestoga College.

Driven to support professional growth, Sándor is committed to the long-term success of Royal Containers and its customers. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his wife, Jenny, and their three adult children.
