We Care
At Royal Containers, the mental and physical health of staff members and their families is always a top priority. During this last year, our focus on health and safety has never been more essential. Our COVID-19 protocols have helped us remain vigilant, respectful, and compliant, so we can all get home safely to our families.

We also prioritize physical health by supporting various sporting initiatives. We proudly support every one of our employee’s local sports teams through sponsorship and fundraising is a tradition. We also employ high-performance athletes as summer students, offering flexible working hours to accommodate their training schedule. All employees are encouraged to find their work/life balance.

We Respond
At Royal Containers, feedback is on a continual loop and drives the leadership team. As a company, we listen and respond to their suggestions and where applicable, consider ways to incorporate their suggestions into our Lean Manufacturing practices to make processes more efficient and safer for all. Suggestions made to the leadership team today result in our innovations tomorrow.

We Perform
Royal Containers is committed to measuring success and focusing on results. In the spirit of promoting individual success, we launched a “Shout Out” program in 2016. The program is simple, any employee can submit a ‘shout-out’ to our leadership team of their co-workers’ for actions that went over and above the expectations of their job. Whether it be working through lunch, or landing a big deal, every shout-out is entered into the year-end draw for a chance for two employees to win a large cash prize! In our company, no positive action, big or small, goes unnoticed.

As a leader in our industry, we looked beyond environmental concerns when defining our sustainability goals. We have committed to responsible stewardship in all that we do, which includes taking care of employee health and safety, ensuring economic sustainability while supporting our local communities.
